1. Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The product is damaged.
- The product is defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
2. Return Process
- Contact us within *7 days of delivery* with order details and proof (picture/video).
- We will coordinate with third party supplier for pickup and replacement/refund.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued after the supplier verifies the returned product.
- Refunds may take *7–14 working days* to process.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items such as personal care products, undergarments, and used items are not eligible for return.
