Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility
You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged.
  • The product is defective.
  • The wrong item was delivered.

2. Return Process

  • Contact us within *7 days of delivery* with order details and proof (picture/video).
  • We will coordinate with third party supplier for pickup and replacement/refund.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued after the supplier verifies the returned product.
  • Refunds may take *7–14 working days* to process.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items such as personal care products, undergarments, and used items are not eligible for return.
